”It appears that the composite flooring in the room was recently installed but needed to be ..mopped. Water dripped from our cooler which was wiped up with a cloth indicated a very dirty floor. Too, walking with slippers also indicated a very dirty floor. Wall and beds looked very clean. Pillows were hard and flat. The plumber that did the upgrades in the bathroom at the sink evidentially did not know that the hot water handle is on the L and not on the R. Additionally, there was no...
