”I was first put in a room behind a noisy elevator an d then when I asked for another, I was placed in an adjoining room with children and awakened at 4 AM with loud talking and laughing all night. I was told this is a “family” resort and I am part of a family and i found the “resort” so much less than a resort and more of a family managerie. I was treated like a second class citizen. I will never stay there again!!!”

”We booked the hotel mainly for the indoor pool because. We have small children and they love to swim. The weather was still too cold for them to swim outside. We love how big their indoor pool was and especially loved the fact that there were individual little swimming pools that allowed us to have our 3 month old swim without getting splashed all over from other swimmers in the pool. ”

”Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. ”
