”The Hotel was great! The bed however, not so comfortable. ”

”The staff was terrific. Everyone was personable and helpful. That made for a pleasant stay. I hung my towels up so they could be reused, but received new towels each day. Also, my soap was replaced after one day’s use. I would have been ok with using the same towels and soap. Good food also. Gelato was terrific treat each night. ”

”Don’t usually do reviews, but this place was very well maintained and staff was super accommodating. They even let me use the shuttle to do to a show at SGR! Room big, clean and comfortable. ”

”I wanted to check in a bit early, like 30 minutes. The guy, Shu, at the front desk made me wait. He said the rooms were still being cleaned. Even though there were like a total of 10 cars parked on the property. In other words, the place was empty. While checking me in, he was on his cell phone the entire time, speaking in some foreign language. While the place is ok, customer service is non-existent.”
