”Clean room”

”Nice place! Communication with the host was excellent. If you are short, be aware the bed is tall. Comfortable but too tall to sit on to put your socks on. Would not stop me from staying there again. didn't use the pool but I have to rate it to post this. ”

”Didn’t know on the listing that it was a shared cabin. Also right when I pulled up to the house the designated parking space for guests had a tree stump in the middle of it with no cone. I didn’t realize it until it was too late and I scraped the whole undercarriage of my brand new car. The hot tub wasn’t very private, neighbors could see you from the outside, so I ended up not using it. Other than that I thought the inside was super clean and tidy, fully renovated. ”

”The unit was older then I envisioned and it sure showed , The carpet needs to replaced ASAP there were numerous stains throughout, several blinds were broken and cracked, living room lamp was falling apart, the couch was uncomfortable, appliances were out dated. The thing we were most disappointed with was the lack of AC in the unit although there was a thermostat but it didn’t blow cool air They do provide a couple of box fans which helped with the uncomfortable conditions though ”

”This rental has it all. Located in the woods close enough to Kings Beach to enjoy the all the amenities, but away from the traffic and crowds. Comfortable and beautifully appointed unit, with spa, pool and excellent hiking trails. We were here for the 4th of July and hiked the nearby trail to the beach to watch the fireworks. Wonderful!”

”This is a nice, well-appointed home. The living spaces have been refreshed and made to feel familiar and comfortable. Pool access, keyless entry, hi-speed internet with a great TV. The complex was very quiet and nicely close to town. We’ll stay again!”

”What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. When I entered the house, it was too cold,...

”We had a great time at this place. ”
