”The amenities are awesome but the rooms are showing their age. Paint overspray everywhere, our toilet ran, the shower pull was frozen and the GFCI plug in the bathroom was nonfunctional. They fixed the shower first day but everything else remained. Brautiful setting...”

We recently stayed at this hotel with young children and were deeply disappointed by the complete lack of housekeeping service throughout our stay.
Despite making multiple requests to front desk staff for basic room cleaning and fresh towels, our requests were consistently ignored. On two consecutive days, we returned from the beach to find our room had not been serviced, leaving us with no choice but to reuse soiled towels and sheets — an unacceptable...

”For the price you’re paying you’d expect the rooms to be a bit more updated but you’re paying for the convenience. The casino itself is very clean and nice. I’ve stayed here a couple of times now and I’ll probably stay here another couple of times more.”
