”Food and hair on the floor upon arrival to the room, someone came to sweep it and spoke no English so couldn’t understand what she was asking. The pool cabanas, 2 of 3 for use, were just a shell without cushions or pillows. The staff was always very friendly and kind though, very helpful. And the breakfast was absolutely amazing.”

”Disappointed after staying there. Filthy floor and bathroom. We trusted the reviews before booking our room but how disappointed. Bad odor, folks standing outside smoking all directions. Expedia stated they have hot tub available but they don’t. It’s like staying at a motel super cheap and doesn’t worth the price. Will not return again. The beds were firm and comfortable to sleep on. ”
