”C’était parfait pour nous vu là proximité avec l’aéroport. Nous avions notre vol à 5:00 AM et on est allé à l’aéroport à pied. Nous aurions apprécié avoir quelques choses à manger puisque nous partions avant le déjeuner de 7:00 et qu’on avait le déjeuner dans le prix. Même si s’aurait été seulement un muffin et un jus et café. Aucune machine à café dans la chambre.”

”Loved our stay at the premium OWB for our honeymoon. We felt we got VIP service! The room was amazing and looks much better in person compared to the pictures. The hotel is beautiful as well, the beach, reception area. The staff was great. We did not want to leave! The breakfast was also good, however as others have mentioned, there could be more effort done to keep the fruit flies out of the fruits. ”

”We likes this hotel very much. If you like to see something else than the chain hotels,which look exactly the same wherever in the world you are then choose this one. We had a king room with harbour view. It was marvellous. Good reef-top bar, dinner at the surf house was superb. Service was great. What we did not like was the breakfast. ”We stayed a bit over a week in a room with garden view (and two night in overwater bungalow via ebookers). Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos! Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful place and outstanding views, also hooray for taking care of the coral. Only minus was the REALLY pricey...

”The young family are excellent hosts. It was a real surprise The father is a real chef from France and the Tahitian mom has trained in hotel and speaks excellent English. They live on a small farm where they grow everything they cook. They make their own soap. The little cabin you stay in has everything you might need. Very congenial people. Every meal was an experience. I would go back in a heartbeat. Very clean and has a lovely pool ”

”Overall a great place and the atmosphere and service was fabulous! You can find quiet spots by the beach even if you’re in the ”family” side. The pool area was pretty crowded when it was sunny, so in order to get a sunbed you have to go there either early in the morning or later in the afternoon. The only minus comes from the fact that the rooms are not soundproof- you can’t hear the neighbours but you can definitely hear everything happening outside, constantly passing shuttles, people talking...

”We had a two-storey room with a sea view and it was really nice. The view was amazing over a black beach facing the island of Moorea. The service in the hotel was good. The restaurant was full on Friday and you have to take a taxi to get to Papeete so if you want to eat in the hotel make sure to make a table reservation in advance. The breakfast buffet was not much but as it was not included in our stay we preferred a la carte breakfast which was good and affordable. ”
