"Henkilökunta aivan mahtava! Erityinen kiitos lounge tiimille Ms. Xuân, Ms. Đào and Ms. Yến, Ms Kim Hang: heidän tiimi oli aidosti välittävä, lämmin ja ammattimainen. Kiitos myös aulassa työskentelevalle Happy nimiselle miehelle erinomaisesta palvelusta. Siivous tiimi toiminut erinomaisesti. Hotelli hiukan kauempana keskuksesta, joudu käyttämään taksia, mutta hotellissa on myös oma ilmainen pikkubussi kuljetus keskustaan. Huoneissa oli kosteus, onneksi ei kauhean häiritsevästi. Koko henkilökunnan palvelut tuntuneet aidon ystävälliselle ja hienovaraiselle, koska he eivät oikeasti odottaneet/vaatineet teippiä niin kuin toisessa hotellissa missä olimme. "

"The hotel seemed modern and clean. Staff were all friendly and housekeeping was on point. The location was excellent for us and it was quick and easy to get to anywhere we wanted with Grab rides. The gym was small - could be tight if your timing is unlucky but we only saw one or two people there on the days that we went. We were glad to see, in addition to the more common equipment, pairs of dumbbells up to 25 kg which is not as common in hotel gyms. The breakfast was alright and nothing to complain about in the hotel's price range, but we hoped for some more variety, especially with the Vietnamese dishes. Most of the breakfast seating inside are bigger tables shared with others while the terrace seating is right next to the busy traffic, meaning there is no private or quieter seating option which may or may not bother you. Our original room was on the fifth floor and its window facing out to Đ. Nguyễn Văn Thủ. The traffic noise leaked into the room which was tolerable - we were not expecting silence. On our second night there was unbearable construction work noise from the time we came back at 10 PM until 5:30 AM, non-stop. I asked to change rooms the following morning and the friendly staff handled it, no fuss. The second room was on the same floor but facing the "backside" of the hotel to the southwest. We did not hear anymore bothersome noise. Both rooms were standard rooms which are very small without much space to open luggage. Service 5*, comfort 3*. Overall 4/5."

"It felt that the hotel staff were only just trying to learn how to offer quality service to international customers in every aspect. It did not feel like a four star hotel, maybe 3. For example, the doormen (exept for one young gentleman, the polite and friendly guy with the good english and the eyeglasses) were tired, lazy and bored-looking. It almost seemed that opening the door to hotel customers was too much trouble for them. The staff at the breakfast were very uncertain and slow, and the quality of the service varied (for example, some mornings we were first escorted to the table and immediately asked if we would like to have some coffee, and some mornings these things did not happen at all). It did not feel like customers were appreciated. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The whiskey-sour drinks at the hotel bar were not good at all and they cost almost the same as in Europe. On the positive side, the hotel was near good shopping areas and restaurants. We also enjoyed our room. All in all, we had a great time in Vietnam."
