”The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. "Aamiaishuone oli aivan täynnä ja ihmiset jonottivat kahvia, jota tuotiin pannu kerrallaan, mutta joka loppui heti ja ruuhka vain jatkui. Aamiaisen taso muutenkaan ei vastannut missään nimessä 4* hotellin tasoa. Muutoin hotelli oli todella miellyttävä ja huone oli hieno ja näki, että se oli uusi ja hyvässä kunnossa. "
