Hotellit lähellä kohdetta Saigon Square -ostoskeskus

”Erittäin siisti huone ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen Kelly ja toinen joka on ollut Suomessa ”

”Plenty of room, comfy bed, great bathroom, close to plenty of good food options, breakfast was nice and well presented.”

”Great stay at Icon. It’s not a full service hotel, just a staff in lobby (but very friendly). The room was futuristic, very clean and free mini bar which was nice after traveling all day. Great location, walking distance to all the sites, restos etc. If you’re in to clubbing, there’s a few big clubs next door, but you don’t hear any noise etc and patrons aren’t noisy. I’d stay here again”

”The staffwere good the room was great. The only 2 issues we had were at breakfast it as abit disjointed with staff not clearing empty tables and replacing cutlery for the next person. And upon arrival we got dropped off at a local taxi area next door nude to no taxis at lobby door and no staff to post the way.”

”The rooms are small and the bathroom has toilet and shower together in small bathroom”

”Very kind and helpful staff”

”It’s very clean, nice central location, and staff are very friendly and helpful.”

”Hotelli on erinomaisella paikalla kauppakeskuksen sisällä. Osa palveluista kuten kuntosali ja allasalue on jaettu toisen hotellin kanssa. Allasalueella ei ole tämän hotellin wifiä vaan toisen hotellin ja siihen ei voinut liittyä. Lounge on ala-arvoinen ystävällisestä henkilökunnasta huolimatta. Loungessa on erittäin suppea tarjoiluvalikoima. Minibaaria ei täydennetty ensimmäisen päivän jälkeen, mutta huomautettuani asiasta se tehtiin seuraavana päivänä. Hissit ovat erittäin hitaat. Aina joutui...

”Great location”

”Everything was perfect.”

”It felt that the hotel staff were only just trying to learn how to offer quality service to international customers in every aspect. It did not feel like a four star hotel, maybe 3. For example, the doormen (exept for one young gentleman, the polite and friendly guy with the good english and the eyeglasses) were tired, lazy and bored-looking. It almost seemed that opening the door to hotel customers was too much trouble for them. The staff at the breakfast were very uncertain and slow, and the...

”Huone oli pettymys. Varasin sviitin - huoneessa ei ikkunoita ”

”We had no issues with our stay, good breakfast, kind staff. Room was clean and nice.”

”スタッフの方がとても丁寧で好感触でした。ホテルのお部屋もいい匂いがしますし、お掃除も行き届いておりました。”

”The bedding sheets are super clean, shower and toilet are also very clean”

”Very friendly, flexible and helpful staff. Afternoon tea was good, terrace pool wonderful, breakfast excellent and it's situated in the center of the city near many things. Two days on the way to Hoi An was perfect there! Highly recommend!”
