Sedona Suites was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far! The staff were all so helpful and nice. They always greet us with a smile.We were on the 37th floor which had great views & even better at night! We even got to know the staff at the restaurant/bar, The Straits Kitchen & Bar, downstairs on the 28th floor & they were all incredibly nice. We had great conversations with all of them. Housekeeping was also phenomenal! You get the point that the staff is top tier.
The room itself was very nice, modern & clean. Bathroom was well lit. Bed was comfortable. I felt very safe there the entire time of our stay.
The only complaint that I have is when the street, Nguyen Hủe, would have loud street performances, we could hear it quite well & it was frustrating trying to go to bed. So the room wasn’t sound proof when it came from the bass of the nightlife through the window. Luckily I just blasted loud white noise music on my phone to try to block it out.
Anyways, I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to HCMC for the first time & want to be within walkable distance to a lot of places + the hospitality is again top tier. I would stay here when I come back to HCMC!
