”I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as the location is great near Ben Thanh market. Also lots of late night food options nearby.
The staff are friendly and courteous, while the room itself is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is also provided in the morning, while the reception can also assist with tour bookings.”

”Loved almost everything about this hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, situated near Ben Thanh Market and Ho Chi Minh City's center, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Getting around was easy and affordable, especially with Grab services. The afternoon tea provided a delightful range of treats, and the staff were both friendly and helpful, contributing to an enjoyable stay. Only bad thing was the elevator, there is only one and it’s slow as hell.

”Älyttömän hyvällä sijainnilla varustettu mukava pikkuhotelli. Siistissä ja toimivassa huoneessa tosin vain mikroskooppisen pienet tuuletusikkunat joten olo oli hetkittäin klaustrofobinen. Paitsi kylppärissä jossa oli varsinainen näköalaikkuna ja läpikuultavat verhot. Omaperäistä että näin päin. Mutta kaikki lähellä ja Ben Tanh Market viereisessä korttelissa.”

”Very friendly, flexible and helpful staff. Afternoon tea was good, terrace pool wonderful, breakfast excellent and it's situated in the center of the city near many things. Two days on the way to Hoi An was perfect there! Highly recommend!”
"I had good time and everything worked well. There are good views from roof restaurant. This hotel is on historical Dong Khoi street so it was safe location. Walking distance to sights and Japan town. Only thing there could be better electrical outlets in room."

Huoneissa oli kosteus, onneksi ei kauhean häiritsevästi.
Koko henkilökunnan palvelut tuntuneet aidon ystävälliselle ja hienovaraiselle, koska he eivät oikeasti odottaneet/vaatineet teippiä niin kuin toisessa hotellissa missä olimme. "

The staff at the breakfast were very uncertain and slow, and the quality of the service varied (for example, some mornings we were first escorted to the table and immediately asked if we would like to have some coffee, and some mornings these things did not happen at all). It did not feel like customers were appreciated. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The whiskey-sour drinks at the hotel bar were not good at all and they cost almost the same as in Europe. On the positive side, the hotel was near good shopping areas and restaurants. We also enjoyed our room. All in all, we had a great time in Vietnam."
