”Room was clean, well maintained, nice hot shower & comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a decent size cup are always a plus ! Solo female travelling for work. Only stayed for one night but had everything I needed. Felt reasonably safe. Only issue was the 2nd cottages directions sign was on the right hand side of road & obscured by a tree branch, so I didn’t see it & my sat nav took me left at the end of the rd & up a very tight private road to a bungalow based on the post code. Not ideal …....

”I stayed in the Hayloft. My hosts could not have been more charming. The Hayloft was beautifully furnished and much care had gone into it. The one thing that I think let it down was the quality of the beds - 4 singles - the mattress lacked support and you could actually feel the springs in it. I think a mattress upgrade would match the high quality bedding that is provided. The only other thing was that the fridge was switched off and open when I arrived. Maybe this is the way it is done in...

”Beautiful property a real home from home. There was everything we needed and it was beautifully clean and well presented. We would definitely stay again and for longer next time.”

”Lovely cottage. Good location too. The only negative was the bugs that woke us up in the middle of the night. A bit scary because they are really big and crawls on your skin. Other than that, still okay.”

”Really fantastic and well furnished cottage. The location is great with 2 pubs within a 3 minute walk. The BBQ hut and outdoor seating is perfect and the kitchen had basics available like fruit teas, oil, salt, pepper ect. The only reason for no 5 stars is the bed in the second bedroom is a small double/large single and not big enough for 2 adults. There is also no gate on the front garden seating area which meets directly to the road, so inappropriate for dogs. I would however stay again...
