”I'm pretty sure this place represents itself as a 4- or 5-star property, but it felt tired and a little worn (like an older ski resort). The grounds of the property were excellent, and the pool would have been nice to use, but was completely full in the evening. We had a reservation, but had no idea if that mattered? The little cafe where we got our coffee (which was good) served us the most inedible oatmeal we've had in years.”

”Old West cabin exceptionally clean! Loved that very much. The bed was very comfortable and not saggy. The cabin could use: a few straight back chairs or a bench seat for changing shoes; more wall hooks for holding coats, jackets, backpacks; 2 or 3 luggage racks. If those items had been there, then the 4 star rating would have most definitely been a 5 star.”

”The kitchen was not what we were expecting and it was tough with the only sink being the kitchen sink for the cabin and keeping hair and grooming items away from food.”

”Self check-in, easy to do. There is a fun gathering area with well staffed refrigerator and coffee bar for breakfast. Very friendly atmosphere. We stayed twice at Ski Inn in the course of two weeks. We really enjoyed both stays There’s a wonderful grocery and a excellent food establishment across the street. Thick bath towels are such a treat!!! Enjoyed our stay.”

”So serene and calming! The views from the living room are absolutely unreal, especially through the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows. While drinking coffee this morning, we even got to watch a mama moose and her two babies casually walk by! The bathrooms are beautiful, modern, and brand new, and the entire place was exceptionally clean. The bedding was also incredibly comfortable. ”The place is about half hour from Seward which is great if you don’t get accommodation in Seward. We stayed in cabin 6, and there was junk yard all around that with old broken vehicles which is not a good sight. I felt the place was overpriced”
