”Overall, we had a great stay at Alyeska. The room was clean and recently renovated, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had strong water pressure and the hot and cold water came through quickly. The hair dryer was a T3 and worked well. The only issues we had were the resolution of the T.V. in the room was a little fuzzy and our room was supposed to have bathrobes but it did not. The restaurants we ate at were very good. Unfortunately, the aerial tram was down for annual...

”Adorable little room, great location, restaurant and bar on site, clean and well-kept, neat view, but ZERO amenities: no microwave, no fridge, we had to ask for a coffee maker, nothing welcoming in the lobby (like tea or coffee). Restaurant kept getting our order wrong. This little Inn may be a more affordable option if you aren't staying long or don't need anything but a bed and a bathroom.”

”Newer property. Not the pic that’s shown here tho. Very nice inside. Easy check in. There is no staff. Nowhere to put clothes so everything stays in suitcase. Workers in big trucks parked on cement pad near stairs. We had to park in the gritty area most of the time making it hard to roll luggage on, then no doormats so tracked all grit inside. Nice decor. Big tv with electric fireplace. Nice kitchen with banquette seating. Pretty property but still undergoing construction ”

”Sink and vanity located three feet from my pillow/bed rather than in with shower and toilet. Refrigerator in room leaked causing items placed nearby to get soaked overnight. Be aware that provided toiletries are strongly scented. No microwave in room.
Surprised to discover $17.00 “Amenities Fee” added to bill, even though we did not use any amenities or ask to.
Otherwise, rooms nice rustic decor, mattresses firm and comfortable. Shower hot and powerful.”

”The hotel is basic but clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The best thing is the location if you are using it as a base for a Kenai Fjords tour as we were. It's across the street (1 minute walk) from the Harbor 360 Hotel where the Major Marines tour check in and embarkation dock is located.”
