”We did not even check in to Cottonwood Cabins! We pulled up about 9:00 pm, still light because of the long days, no cars, lights, and looked abandoned. Cabins looked like homemade structures with ply board. Tried to call, no answer. Tried to get online to send a message and their website was shut down, then went to their Facebook page and it had no activity since last year!!!! Still charged me!!!!!! Tried to work it out with Hotels.com but could not!!!! This is a scam and fraud!!!!! DO NOT...

”The property was well equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, stocked with a variety of spices for cooking. It’s located in a friendly neighbourhood. Our flight arrived near midnight, but was easy getting a Uber ride from the airport, just 10minuted away. Not really near eateries. Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it! Thanks again! ”

”Unfortunately, this place was not what we were expecting. There were some things that prevented the apartment from receiving higher ratings. For example, no screens in the windows plus no AC meant we were hot the entire time. Also, the half bath has no fan, so when nature calls, you share it with the bedroom… especially with the barn doors. Finally, the pictures make it seem like the entire place is yours, but you are no one of four apartments in the home.”

”large relatively clean 2 bedroom apartment in a good area near downtown. Place was in need of repair - ceiling in one bedroom was actually duct taped up and window didn't completely close. Paint was peeling from multiple wall surfaces. Bed in master room was saggy. Lighting throughout was very dim. Had heavy snow fall and we had to shovel stairs to unit and path to street. Kitchen was well-stocked except very limited coffee (mostly decaf offered). Had large TV's(x3). and lots of Apple...
