”This is a new property. The room was very clean and spacious. They had cute decorations and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were so helpful, carried our luggage to our room as there is not an elevator. Staff also helped us with finding transportation. Loved this space. ”

”It was a great place to stay. We had a delicious dinner! The view of the sound from the dining room windows is spectacular, even in the rain. It was fun to watch the fishermen come back to the marina. The hotel is 2 -3 blocks from the Alaska Ferry Terminal.”

”Our cabin was excellent with fantastic mountain views. The onsite restaurant was one of the best on our vacation. The bathroom was a little dated, but very clean. The shower had ample hot water and everyone we encountered was great. I would highly recommend the carrot cake!”

From the customer service, the in room living space, bed and decorations, the coffee. Even the lobby is so h a gem of a place. If we had more time I could definitely have spent some good time there. ”Our stay was amazing! The owner was very accommodating and even invited us to a communal bonfire towards the end of the evening- great personality per my husband. The room was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. We had a dry cabin, but the bathrooms were nearby and very clean. Overall, we give it a 10/10. Great experience for our family!!”

”The kitchen was not what we were expecting and it was tough with the only sink being the kitchen sink for the cabin and keeping hair and grooming items away from food.”

”Check in was very easy with passcode being sent as text prior to arrival. Only complaints I have is the bed, extremely soft and normally can’t be on a soft bed,only 3 pillows and needed a little more neck support.Also it’ll be nice if they had a broom to sweep up gravel that you bring in from parking lot. Other than that, room was clean & they had proper kitchen utensils to do all necessary things.”

”The place is about half hour from Seward which is great if you don’t get accommodation in Seward. We stayed in cabin 6, and there was junk yard all around that with old broken vehicles which is not a good sight. I felt the place was overpriced”
