”Facility was advertised as newly renovated hotel. Not only was the hotel not renovated the furnishings in our room were old, worn out and beat up. The only thing relatively new was the television. Mattresses and box springs were falling apart. Towel rack and bath faucet were beat up and obviously not renovated. Carpeting and paint were old and showing their age. Heater was unplugged upon our arrival and the temperature of the room was 58 degrees. To be fair the maintenance person came to...

”Good breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was clean. Great, friendly staff. Convenient location to all our needs while in town. Parking was always available when we came back for the evening. Will definitely stay here again. Only wish it had a small pool for the kids to burn off some energy. ”

”This was my second time staying here. The motel is in a good location, only about 15 mins from the Alyeska ski resort. Rooms was clean and warm (I stayed in March), and I would say quiet but when you have "horses" staying next door, you here their jumping and kicking and drumming... There was coffee, tea and teamaker, microwave and fridge in the room. Checking was quick and simple. I received an sms with the details and all went well. I like the large eagle statue outside the motel.”

”the rooms where very clean, but the area around is not so good, to go to the centre of Anchorage you will need about 45 minutes by walk one way, but it is a good point for activities, but it will be better, to rent a car, because bus station is not near and the bus don't go very often”

”Property and rooms very clean, but due to mobility issues i won't return. Facility has many steep stairs, 3 rooms are downstairs with no hand railing near top of stairs. Bathroom has a higher than normal step to the toilet and shower with no hand rails. I had a very late check-in and it was flawless, had to extend for another night was was not an issue, thank you. Loved the property, very nice for persons still able to get around.”
