”Beautiful scenery and hotel is excellent”

”This is an older property needing a serious update. The room was ok but very dated. The hall carpet is nasty, needs cleaning badly. For the price I was very disappointed. The overall appearance was not impressive.”

We enjoyed having a bar and gift shop. Views were beautiful on the property. Stayed two nights and wish we had stayed another night.”

”Best Western Lake Lucille is a very lovely property. The staff were all very friendly with dining tips, activity ideas and snacks. The hot breakfast was great and sent us off for the day with treats for snacking. Our lake view room was standard in size but had a beautiful view of the lake and freshly manicured property. ”initially hesitant due to the hotel's lower average rating, I was pleasantly surprised by our experience. The suite exceeded our expectations, offering plenty of space with three beds and two bathrooms(twice as the regular room). ”The property was in good shape for its age. Felt like a throwback to the 70’s in a good way and was well maintained and very clean and spacious. The view from the room was awesome allowing us to see sea otters, bald eagles and various sea birds. We only ate one meal at the hotel during our stay which was breakfast. ”This was another surprisingly cute and beautiful stay on our trip. The hosts are very thoughtful about comfort of guests. They are super communicative and responsive . The cabin looks renovated and new. The bed was super comfortable . There’s a kitchen and this is perfect for a longer stay if you need.Given the location with dense growth around, there could be a lot of mosquitoes . They provide mosquito zappers, swatters and nets around the cabin which come in handy. Overall highly recommended!”

”Very nice small hotel. Great amenities and would be very comfortable for an extended stay. In room kitchenette and comfortable clean beds. Right on the highway so roadway a bit noisy (pretty quiet 11pm-6am though) Our room was right across from the check in room and could hear all conversations from that too. I think a set of ear plugs would have fixed the problem. Close to shopping and medical. Will stay again if needed.”
