”Fireplace was nice. Room was ok. Staff was more interested in talking to one another then people staying there. Kenny from Las Vegas, Cory both bartenders and Darlene housekeeper was interested in the guest and you felt like they cared about the service they were providing. We had a car to get around but I would have been bored just staying there. No activities to do.”

”I had a frustrating experience with this hotel due to disorganization and lack of professionalism.
The airport shuttle process was unclear—front desk staff did not explain where to wait. (For reference, it’s across from Arrivals Door 6 at a covered bus stop.) I waited over 45 minutes because they forgot to call the shuttle. Once they did, it arrived in about 15 minutes.
At check-in, I was told to wait while both front desk employees spent over 30 minutes on their phones. It felt very unwelcoming...

And I know my room never cleaned after that because I had towels that I had stacked up in the floor until I checked out after my third...
