"What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The coffee and snacks available were a nice touch. Private parking space was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice."

The proximity to all things Colorado Springs is just right, while still being tucked up near the Broadmoor. At the last minute, our return flights were canceled. "This place had a little bit of everything. Great location (only 30 min from Garden of the Gods), close restaurants and nice scenery. What we got as a bonus was a tiny little farm complete with goats, chickens and pigs that surprised and delighted my daughter (and the adults, can’t lie the pigs are adorable). "What an incredible property! The living space was so cozy and inviting, just like the pictures promised. Kitchen stocked with essentials. Each room had a ridiculously comfortable king mattress along with ample closet space. No central air or heat, but each bedroom and the living space had its own in-wall heating and a modern window AC unit, keeping us comfortable no matter the crazy given this crazy spring CO weather.
