”Grass was cut house was clean and very little traffic our kinda place”

”Worked great for a small family with a dog close to grocery / town and not far from the lake. Everything was in great shape and clean. Obviously cared for by the owners. Only thing missing was a spare blanket.”

”Kelly is a very accommodating host. When the ac unit quit working she moved us into one of her other houses. Highly recommend !”

”Peggy was very gracious and kind. The SheShed was charming as could be, and my kids loved the ammenities on the property.”

”The peacefulness and beauty was amazing! Worth every penny and then some! Phillip is amazing he responds rapidly and is sincere about your needs...if you need a getaway to totally decompress this is the place peaceful and homey it's a gem!”

”The best peace of mind I had in a long time really nice place very clean will be back ”

”The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. There is a difference however between old and old/dirty/unkept. The floor was covered in dead bugs, spiderwebs, and dust. There was someone’s old food in n the mini fridge. Also, we are...

”We felt like we were at home! Very clean and comfortable home with everything we needed. Communication with the host was flawless. This was my families first trip to Lake Cumberland and it was everything we thought it would be. Beautiful lake! We will definitely be coming back and staying at the Hexagon cottage again.”

”This was our second stay at this house and we loved it even more. The property is always clean and easy to access. Our last trip, we traveled with friends and this trip we brought our children. Both times we have enjoyed our stay. We love the secluded feel of this home with all the trees but also love that it has close lake access. We will definitely be returning!”

”The house was very clean everything you need to have a great relaxing vacation. The Host was there to help us with any questions that we had. She was so kind. The screen in porch is a plus we got to play all kinds of games even when it rained for a little while. This was our second time staying at this location and definitely will also recommend it and hope to stay in it again soon. It had everything we needed.”

”One of the BEST overnight stays we have ever experienced ! This place was EXCEPTIONAL !! ”

”Unique blend of modern and vintage was very cool. Kitchen cabinets could be better and the first floor bathroom doorknob needs replaced, but overall a great place, and perfect for our family.”

”Very nice home.”

”Great place!”

”Enjoyed it”

”Stayed with extended family with kids age 5-17. 12 of us total. Great spot close to Jamestown safe harbor marina for boating. Kitchen has everything you need. We all loved the hot tub. Plenty of space, awesome wrap around porch. 1/4 mile trail down to the lake was cool and convenient. Check for ticks!”

”What was unique about the property? It had a hot tub and that’s why I booked it…what was also unique about the property is it had a camera above the hot tub that was not disclosed the owners tried to play it off as saying they turn it off when you get there the whole time I was creeped out and felt like I was being watched. We told the owners about it, and they basically told us to kick rocks. Thank you, VRBO for getting this place off of the market as this is very scary and illegal. Other than...
