”Love the feel of this hotel with its antique and historical artifacts, the dark wood and brass trim. The clerk who checked us in was helpful though not the most friendly. Having read about the macabre history of the hotel, I immediately felt a sense of uneasiness as we rode up in the elevator to our room. The lighting throughout the hallways is a bit dim plus all the dark wood doesn’t help to brighten things. I was hoping for some sign of the lady in red but she never appeared. The room itself...

”The unit was excellent. My 60 year old nephew and I (age almost 88) were very pleased. The bedroom had a queen bed and regular sized bed. There was another bed in a small adjacent room and two couches in the nice living room, that had a flat screen TV. The bathroom had to separate wash basin units, plus a nice shower. There was a clothes washer and a dryer in it, The kitchenette had the necessary appliances, and a table with 4 chairs.”
