”I don’t usually leave review but this was the worst stay I’ve ever experience. The check in instruction is horrible. It doesn’t say where we should check in and the front desk doesn’t pick up the phone when I called. It just give me the time and hour of operation and phone number. When we got there we went drive around looking to check In. During that time we went through the gated entrance which we though its part of the resort but turn out it wasn’t. ”We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

”The rooms are outdated and a bit small, furniture has seen its better days. We were in an A/B room where there is a common door which opens into either A or B, similar to adjoining rooms but separated. Whenever the people next to us opened their door we could hear their door shut plus the common door, hard to sleep! We didn’t use any of the amenities but the outdoor fire pits were nice. We had read previous reviews complaining about the valet parking but it’s not a big deal. Just know that...

Called house keeping but the smart AI bot intercepted and misunderstood the request in an attempt to service my request quickly. Housekeeping did not refill till 2nd day. Check in was a disaster because the integration between Expedia and Margaritavllie system did not send all the information on reservation thru. The human in the loop was the poor customer service representative who struggled with the information...

”Easy check in and out since it was done by yourself. Overall the hotel was nice, had a shared kitchen with all utensils and a stove to cook if you needed it. Front door need a seal around it, toilet seat needs tightened also toilet wobbled a little as well. Bathroom window screen needs replaced was letting in bugs. Other than that Decent location away from all the hustle and bustle.”

”Where should I start, no parking for handicap except one spot on other side of parking lot. Which is not big enough. The room was not very clean and the sheet kept coming off the bed , the blanket wasn't that clean . No bars in bathroom at all, as the tub was very slippery, had to put towel down. I can't do steps and they knew that but had to get into room. Didn't get access code until I called them again for the third time. But code until 3:58. All the coffee condiments were in a plastic cup....
