”So glad we booked this place rather than a large hotel in the area that we were considering. The room was gorgeous with a big bath tub (we chose one of the big rooms). Check in was easy, staff were v friendly and accommodating despite looking after the restaurant too (special mention to Ashmi who waited on us a couple of times in the restaurant). Food is fab, especially the Sunday roast. We managed to get parking on each of the 3 days/nights we were there. The only thing to note is that the...

”As soon as we artived the owner met us and took us ti our topm. Explained the entry procedure. The room was quite basic but clean and comfortable and more than acceptable for the price of the accomodation. The only slight doenside we were led to believe there was a bar and food but it is currently being reurbushed.”

”What a charming place! Our room was above the pub which had good food and drink. Even better, the pub closes at 11 pm every night so it’s quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was very good and the management super friendly and helpful. This place has a long and interesting history which it preserves in its pleasant decor. ”

”Location was perfect, easy to get everywhere. And we loved our small kitchen, it was handy and there was everything you could imagine to need. Althaugh the room could have been cleaner. There was a bit dust and crumbs everywhere, as if the room had not been vacuumed at all. Also air conditioning was surprisingly noisy, the whole room was resonating, so it didn't help to switch it off. But overall it was a ok stay in a good price.”
