”This was a lovely place to stay for a few days as we visited family and did some touristy trips. Even tho' this was above a tavern and in an area with other bars and restaurants, it was very quiet. Our room was very quaint, the staff were exceptional, the food was wonderful, the breakfast was very good. We had easy street parking. Our room was clean - tho' very small. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.”

”This is a great place to stay. The rooms were motel style so open the door straight outside which was perfect as we had our 5month puppy with us. Dog friendly too, could take her into the pub. ”Mukava vanhan ajan majatalo, joka sopi sijainniltaan hyvin yöpymispaikaksi matkalla kanaalisaarille (n. 10 min kävelyn päässä Poolen satamasta). Huoneessa ei muuta moittimista kuin vanhanaikaiset ikkunat, joiden äänieristys oli olematon ja jo loppukesän yönä huone oli melko viileä. Korvatulpat takasivat silti rauhalliset unet. "Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere. Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape. Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor. We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service. This is certainly not THE GRAND "
