”Checked in and got to my room, everything was normal. At 1 am someone from the staff tried to get in my room twice with some other guests. After that he came and said that there is no record of me checking in, and he needs my passport. I literally checked in a few hours before. Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff member. It’s not my problem if your system is broken, you can talk about it in the morning and not wake me up in the middle of the night.”

”Everything was great and the friends there they were very helpful and friendly treated them well. We booked a room for two people by mistake, but they understand the situation and gave us a wonderful family room. The place for families is very suitable. I recommend it. The hotel was close to the metro station and the city centre. Once again, I thank you very much for your good cooperation.”
