”Everything was perfect like staff, clean room, bathroom.....”

”Checked in and got to my room, everything was normal. At 1 am someone from the staff tried to get in my room twice with some other guests. After that he came and said that there is no record of me checking in, and he needs my passport. I literally checked in a few hours before. Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff member. It’s not my problem if your system is broken, you can talk about it in the morning and not wake me up in the middle of the night.”

”My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at the hotel, and all had a wonderful experience. The staff are exceptional. From the bellmen to the concierge and restaurant staff, they all went above and beyond. We especially enjoyed our time in the restaurant and lounge where my daughter and I played the piano while having nice conversations. The restaurant staff were also especially good with our daughter. Thank you, we will be back.”
