”This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience of my entire life. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid for a luxury apartment, but what we received was the complete opposite — a very poor, dirty and badly maintained room that was nowhere near the standard we had paid for. We were moved to another room, but the replacement room was also extremely poor, dirty and far below the standard we had booked and paid for....
