”Only two staff trying to run hotel. Had to wait for a table then service, even though the restaurant only had a couple of people in it. As the girl couldn’t run everything, not her fault. Food was terrible and dry with brown coleslaw. The hotel didn’t seem that busy considering it was Easter weekend. Had the same problem I at the other Premiere Inn hotel in Exeter last year.”

Aamiainen oli myöhässä ja hieman sekava, emme tienneet mikä osa aamiaisesta kuului huoneen hintaan ja mikä ei.”

”We stayed in the studio room, which was lovely and felt very luxurious. It would have been good if the air conditioning had been explained as I'm not familiar with it and struggled the first night. The mattress topper rode up on one side causing some discomfort. Overrall though an enjoyable stay, friendly staff and close to everything. Thank you ”

”Simon was a very polite host but we had a few issues with our stay. The apartment is near a nightclub and on one night had to pass our way through the crowd to enter. It wasn't just the noise from the nightclub but also pigeons in /behind the bedroom wall which made it very hard to sleep. We told Simon who kindly offered us another room but at that point we'd decided to leave early. Whilst the place was clean and tidy it had poor shower pressure, limited storage and a faulty TV. Maybe we were...
