”Good size room, well equipped. Iron, usb wall sockets, usb charging bedside lamps. Loads of parking. Hallways and reception all well presented. EV charging works well, though expensive (75p per kw at time of writing). Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance (towel rusty, extraction not good enough so bathroom damp paint peeling). Corridor doors very noisy at night, they swing and bang 2-3 times when closing. Staid 2 nights; no house keeping for some reason (we’d...

”Lovely pub. Great food Room was a little small and mattress very uncomfortable for me. Bathroom extractor fan noisy”

”We stayed for two nights and had a pretty good stay. On arrival we were given a room that on the face of it seemed good. However when I check on the booking we had paid for a junior deluxe room and the photos showed a very much better room. We went back to the reception and after some checking were taken to the room we should have had, whet a difference! We got there in the end but were disappointed that we had to challenge to get the room we had actually booked. Otherwise nice stay but a little...

”Had a very nice stay. Room and bathroom were very clean and breakfast was lovely. Great variety! Also ate in the bar the first evening and the tempura fish was very tasty. Very peaceful sleep in the Peartree Mews room. Hotel grounds and gardens are so nice with the view across fields. Staff were very friendly too Would definitely stay again.”

”Overall, the hotel is really nice and quite charming. The only thing that I would see was the parking . We had to use the overflow parking which was in a very dark area away from the hotel so it was dark. I did not feel comfortable walking back up to the hotel late at night. also we did upgrade our room to include a bath, but there was no water for the bath, so I was really disappointed in this because it was a lovely feature in the room. When I did say to the hotel receptionist, they said OK...
