”The property was extremely clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. Checking in was very easy. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Always love staying at Springhill Suites. Will continue to book future trips and stay at Springhill Suites. This property was awesome for our stay.”

”Front desk staff was clearly unhappy the room was dirty the sink drain plug was broken n dirty the front outlet didnt work the thermostat was malfunctioning. And my daughter woke up with bug bites from bed bugs. Worst experience!”

”Cool, retro vibe from hotel that has been updated. Had the two bed queen which was good sized. Bathroom with a shower and no tub, which is my preference. Nice indoor pool with splash pad for kids. Outdoor pool has a window to order from restaurant. Had chicken wings and salad and both were good. Breakfast is standard hotel fair. Property is gated with security guard at gatehouse”

”Sink started to fill up anytime you used it. The shampoo and conditioner are in pouches instead of bottles. And the blankets were covered in holes. Property also doesn't have an elevator and we had to walk up 3 floors to get to our room with kids. The vending machines did not work and they only took cash for any drinks.”

”Very quiet, we did not hear any outside noise or traffic. Our room was very nice and we enjoyed the extra room of the studio suite. Breakfast was good, especially liked the spinach and feta cheese pastry and the crock pot of oatmeal.”

”I very much enjoyed my visit and time at the Glenstone place property. You can tell that it’s a Older building but as soon as you walk in the office to check in, there’s an unbelievably warmth about people that are running it and I can’t tell that they work overtime to continued to battle the property. I am a minimalist so I found it wonderful that it had exactly what you need. It was clean nothing more nothing less and if I needed anything, I would’ve felt I had to do was ask, and if it was...

We booked this room over two months in advance and our reservation clearly showed we were traveling with children. This hotel has no elevator, and despite seeing another guest receive a first-floor room right before us, we were told there were no first-floor rooms available.
