”Upon arrival the hotel was dirty, not the pictures listed, and the hotel staff was rude. We find out after we checked in the indoor pool was closed but was never given a reason and the website showed it had one and was open. We went down at one point to get an extra blanket in which it had pee stains all over it. For such an expensive hotel it was not a good place to stay. ”

”The room was not clean. I always check the beds and they were clean but the rest of the room was not. Behind the bed was very dirty and dusty and there was a pill there. It was easly visable if you looked behind the bed without moving it. Between the microwave and the wall was very dusty and dirty. The shower had hair hanging on the back wall and the toilet had hair on it. We did stay because it was the only thing availible. The staff was great very friendly. The breakfast was ok no complaints...

”The carpet seems really dirty. The showerhead was super low and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. The Wi-Fi did not work, and there is no elevator. Other than that, it is a typical hotel room and definitely something that I would not book again. It worked for just a quick crash for a one night day, but I would not recommend it otherwise.”

”Breakfast was well stocked every morning, kind of a late start at 7am though. Pillows are small and thin. Air conditioner worked great. Really nothing to rave about, its just ok.”

”Although the property advertised as pet friendly, we received a call from the front desk about our dog. They threatened that we might have to leave if he didn't stop barking. This was the first time on our cross country trip this happened. The staff in general did not seem friendly. Also there was no water or towels in the workout room. ”

This led to quite a bit of road noise overnight. We noticed that the microwave had greasy fingerprints all over the front and handle.
