There is a living room with cooking corner equipped with oven and dishwasher and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and single bed, a bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, for a total of 6 sleeps. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, terrace from which to admire the Dolomite peaks, symbol of Falcade: Mount Focobon and Mount Mulaz.
Despite being in the town center, you will have no problem finding parking for your car, as you have a parking place available in the underground garage.

THE POSITION:
In winter Falcade offers the most convenient starting point for skiing in the San Pellegrino Ski Area: more than 100 km of perfectly snow-covered slopes, breathtaking views and characteristic mountain huts where you can taste the best typical products at km 0 that the area has to offer, or drink a hot chocolate while admiring the beauty of the landscape that surrounds you, a charm!
If you are not a fan of alpine skiing, you can enjoy several routes with snowshoes on your feet, try cross-country skiing, snow tubing with rubber boats at Passo San Pellegrino, and much more.

There are a lot of activities even in summer! Trekking, walking, mountain biking, going around the refuges and mountain huts to taste home made dairy products and much more, visiting the ant garden and the artists' forest. There is really no time to waste, you never get bored!
