”Clean room, lots of space in the room. Fridge, dishwasher washer, utensils, pots and pans, coffee cups, glasses cutlery, some bowels, toaster. Great shower. Hotel was a good location, minutes from the falls and the rapid.”

”Was surprised when we found out there is now a $10/night parking fee. Also we booked a king room and received 2 queen bed room. Staff is good. Did not participate in breakfast. We have always stayed at this hotel several times in the past but this time we we're a little surprised at the changes.”

”Check in was easy. I wish I had known there was no AC before booking the room but the front desk did swap me for a room with a balcony so I could open the door and get some cool air. This hotel is an excellent location, next door to the Bird Kingdom and a short walk to the falls. Staff was excellent. I did not have breakfast to comment. Pool and hot tub seemed nice but was a bit crowded so I skipped it this time.”

”The property was good but i booked a room facing the falls, but when we got there they said all the rooms facing the falls were full, and me and my wife we ended up getting a room we didn't want which defeated the whole purpose of booking the hotel.”

”Found everyone was good but the valet parking staff very unfriendly during check-in. Different staff during checkout was seamless and professional.”

”Our room wasn’t vaccumed. There was a dirty shirt behind the bed. And the one bed was broken in the past and they used 3 pieces of angle iron and plywood to “fix” it, the angle iron was sticking out the side by about 6” and my self and several of my party have been cut, scratched, and bruised by it. I had to put my sandals over them to avoid anyone getting hurt if walked into them again. Also the cleaner left a dirty rag on the steps of the bunk bed ”

”Good location to see the Falls. It's walking distance but easy to take talxi as well. Shuttle bus might be challenging to find/use. Breakfast was ok, very crowded though. Service was working fine, hotel staff were helpful and polite with good instructions about Falls.”

”The staff is great and great location to falls and Clifton Hill. The room was clean but dated and the walls paper thin as could here people on their rooms talking no problem. Building definitely needs to be brought up to 2026 standards and not 1980. The breakfast is more of a snackfest. No eggs and bacon...only hot breakfast item is eggos. All in all inexpensive so you get what u pay for.”

”One star motel. The view was good, but the "hotel" and the facilities are in very poor condition. No maintenance has been done. Breakfast is poor and served from disposable containers. There were additional charges on the bill, Resort fee and marketing fee.”
