”One confusing issue was the check in time. The expedia e-mails say checkin & out times as 3:00 & 11:00 but the host advised it was 6:00 & 12:00. Sophia was great at comunicating with us and did move the checkin time up for us. When we arrived everything went smooth. The instructions were very clear and easy. Host may want to cosider 3:00 checkin time to align with hotels so it dosn't conflict with usual dinner reservations. The rooms and property were clean and beautiful in a quiet scenic...

”The location is great but it needs a deep clean. The comforters need washed and it appeared sheets in one bedroom had not been washed. Mattress in the one bedroom needs replaced. Towels and face clothes provided but no hand towels so we went and purchased these. Kitchen drawers need cleaned and some dishes were not clean. Communication was wonderful.”

"If you want to see Niagara Falls from your hotel room, choose this hotel. I stayed on 9th and 11th floors and the views of Niagara Falls will be carved to my memory forever. The breakfast is also excellent even with a station chef. The staff was very friendly. I had an issue with a window that wasn't properly closed and the staff quickly changed my room. There is also a pool area with jacuzzi, but I didn't have the time to try it. Thank you for a memorable stay!"
