"The room with tax costs over 180 £ and is the size of 3 meters by 4 meters and the shower is straight in the toilet without curtain or glass to protect the toilet from the shower water. This is a robbery and they do it as they are in the terminal. Take an other hotel!!!"

"Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager ..."
