”The rooms are old and very dirty, has a disgusting smell all over poorly cleaned the bed makes noise the iron frames were falling out food is awful cold and dry after trying multiple restaurants I was disappointed the whole time I will never go back”

”Cleaned room everyday, well maintained pool and bar areas. Staff was amazing…. Buffet servers and staff as well as the wonderful guys who sat upfront and ensured every guest were greeted and treated with class…. Can’t leave out the Duty manager I believe that’s who she was…. She made us feel like family every time she saw us.”

”This property is beautiful but it is old. The rooms are nice but dated and the bathrooms were pretty dirty. The mirrors were chipped and everything looked like it just hadn't been cleaned. The iron was so dirty it leaked black mystery stuff all over my dress one evening. The wait for room service can be 45- 90 minute wait. One evening they got the room number wrong and we waited 3hrs for food. They don't change your sheets when they clean the rooms they just remake the bed even if the sheets...
