”The over all experience was ok. Check in time was 3. We waited an hour and a half for our room. We are not very adventurous when it comes to foods, lunch and dinner options were limited. The spaghetti at the Italian restaurant was very good. The swim up room was great! The pool was massive, plenty of room to move around. The room was clean.”

”Patrick and Natoya are true Gems ! The place was so gorgeous making the second half in a hotel feel like a nightmare . The Villa was stunning , clean and felt so safe ! not to mention the views ! They set us up unforgettable excursions and continued to remind me to take my time . its Island time and relax . loved getting to know them and so grateful to have found them”

”One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Although we originally planned for four nights, we had to leave after three due to an emergency and fly back to the States.
The staff overall were wonderful. We especially loved the courtesy and service from the buffet restaurant team—they were warm, attentive, and truly made our dining experience enjoyable.
That said, the service at the Jamaican and Italian restaurants could use some improvement. The servers there seemed disengaged, almost as if...

”Overall I enjoyed the beautiful property, my room was gorgeous, and the swim up bar was pretty awesome too. However, the property was huge and some of the main elevators were down during most of my stay. I had to walk to an elevator that was working or take the stairs to the 6th floor. Even if I walked to a working elevator it felt like a half a mile. The amenities say you get a bottle of spirits each day of your stay. When I noticed my spirits was not replenished the next day I called the desk...

”I booked a destination for my 21 year old daughter birthday and she had aworry free amazing time. The host setup everything my daughter wanted to do flawlessly! The private chef was exceptional with Jamaican and American cuisine! The driver was always out front and on time! Can't wait for the next visit!”
