We were asked to move seats after being seated, though we could have been directed correctly from the start. -Access to the beach required crossing a busy road, which was inconvenient. -No food or drink service was available at the beach. -Staff at the pool bar/restaurant did not greet guests and we had to approach them ourselves to ask for the menu. -The staff also came across as rude and irritated by our presence, which made us feel unwelcome. -During the breakfast buffet, I asked one of the servers for more milk and she visibly showed frustration and annoyance, which was both surprising and disappointing. Pros: -Two different breakfast options were available (standard buffet and an adults-only breakfast). -Slippers and bathrobes were provided in the room. -A friendly gentleman was working at the beach taking care of sunbeds, which stood out"
