”The hotel and the amenities are great, and the service was very friendly but unfortunately the construction was done poorly and the interior walls were not done properly, hence there is no soundproof barrier. The same experience as sleeping in a hostel dorm room - you were able to hear literally everything.
Hopefully they are able to fix the walls! ”

A heads up to other travellers: there is just one tiny elevator and the corridors are narrow and winding with lots of doors, so not optimal for travelling with a big group/large bags, or if you have difficulties moving. ”

"Jo hieman elämää nähnyt hotelli Regent’s parkin takana Swiss Cottagessa. Hotellia on ajansaatossa saneerattu. Siisti hotelli hyvällä palvelulla. Meidän huone oli kahdelle aikuisella ja yhdelle lapselle erittäin hyvän kokoinen, mikä ei Lontoossa ole itsestään selvyys. Kohtuu hintainen hotelli muutaman pysäkin päässä"

I hate to write this review, but I dont want anyone else to go through this. I used to stay at the Caesar years ago, and loved it. I booked now and could not sleep. The hotel itself is very well maintained, and the staff are impeccably friendly and helpful.
The room - it was so small it was like a prison cell. Build really inconveniently, nowhere to put my cosmetics, so I had to put them on the floor, and there was also no space. Just badly build all around, and very uncomfortable. I could not sleep because I could hear everything in the other room and the corridor. The room reminded me of hostel accommodation - very uncomfortable.
I asked to upgrade, and they showed me the premium room. You could not fit a luggage inside - literally. I had to step over my luggage in the first room. I checked out the next day (early), and went to a nearby hotel.
There is no way that I could relax in that room. I am a small woman, and could barely move in the room. Everything very uncomfortable, the bathroom, bed and desk. With what they charge, this is unacceptable. For this price, you can get a very nice room nearby. I have honestly never through about what it is like in a prison cell until now, square meters matter!
If I had stayed, I would have been counting down the days until I can leave. If you are outside of the room 16h per day, then maybe you can sleep in this uncomfortable room. But if you like to stay in the room and work, no way.

"Upon arrival, we were an hour ahead of time. We were offered an upgrade for GBP 40 per night tha would include the breakfast, access to the Chearmen Lounge. We took it and were not dissapointed.
Good service, good rooms (bit dated but clean and working) and good location. Easy to get to-and-from!
