”I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. They did attempt to accommodate but it was too late at that point. Mary. Was the worst ever, 😫 Mickey if that's even his name was slightly above...

”We arrived at the hotel, the entryway smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We checked in and entered our non smoking room to find it too smelled like cigarettes. As we set down our belongings we discovered filth from under the bed frame. Further investigation found garbage and a pile of dehydrated feces under the bed. We began cleaning up the mess but decided to photograph to show the staff. When we alerted the staff of the issues we were told the smoke smell seeped down from the second floor unit...

”Let’s start off by saying I’m a trucker and I have extremely low expectations. But this place is an absolute dump. Pillow, shower curtain, and towels all had stains on them. The floors hadn’t been swept in weeks let alone mopped in months. The baseboards looked like they had blood stains on them. The hallway carpets have clearly never been cleaned. But that’s what you’d expect from a hit ran by Indians. Looked like something you find in India. No wonder the best western and Fairfield next...
