”Nice Clean room staff very nice and friendly welcoming only things which could be improved on are the main carpets in corridors look a little tired but room was spotless and faultless. spot on and excellent value for money and no tea and coffee in room but they have made it free from bar downstairs. ”Restaurant: Day1: very good service from the waiters. They all where looking proactivly if we wanted some additional drinks ore remove the plates. Day2: complete opositte. We had to call the waiter to remove the plates as they did not do anything for 30min. They took orders from the table next to us and left us sitting with empty plates in front of us with emty glasses. So service level depents on the team. Some are great "5Star" and some had some room for improvement.”
