”Arbitrary charges、None of us had breakfast at the hotel, yet when we checked out, we were charged for breakfast for no apparent reason. They couldn't resolve the issue that day and told me to call back the next day for a follow-up, but still, no one handled it. They promised to get back to me, yet I waited a whole week without anyone contacting me.”

”Very lovely location and very remote and safe compared to the rest of the town. The waterfall house is a full house with all amenities and is an absolutely fabulous place to stay.
The cabins are cute and we had the place to ourselves but if we visit the big island again we will be sure to reserve the waterfall house for the full stay because it’s just so wonderful!
Staff was very helpful, peaceful, clean and quiet.”

”Excellent place to stay! Walking distance to town and rainbow falls! Loved that we had our own parking spot. The apartment was filled with everything we would need for the stay and more. The hosts communicated well and gave a lot of suggestions on things to do on the island. I loved our stay and will stay again when I return!”
