Non mi è piaciuta la scarsa attenzione alla sicurezza : non è presente uno staff attrezzato per il primo soccorso, alcuni punti dello scivolo grande non sono messi in sicurezza perché sono spigolosi e i bambini rischiano di scivolare e farsi molto male. Inoltre le zanzariere e le griglie delle casette sono rotte e le abitazioni sono piene di nidi di api e vespe (nella mia ne erano presenti 3)!! Bisognerebbe curare di più tutto ciò!!!!!!

Excellent stay
Pini Park fully lived up to our expectations. Sweet, friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly low price: good rooms, with good and comfortable beds, while the cleaning was top notch. The location was absolutely perfect, quiet and peaceful in the evening, which contributed to a good night's sleep. Perfect place to children and youngsters: 2 swimming pools, football pitch, and other sports facilities, We would definitely recommend Pini Park - We will definitely visit Pini Park again.

Ottimo per chi vuole vivere in tranquillità
Ho trascorso una settimana con la mia famiglia, pultroppo la sua posizione non è ottimale per chi vuole visitare Roma, i bungalow sono un po' stretti e soprattutto manca la tv, un punto a favore va alle piscine che sono eccezionali, quindi penso che vada bene a chi cerca un posto molto tranquillo immerso nel verde.

Gentile ospite, Grazie per averci lasciato una recensione, mi dispiace che il suo soggiorno non sia stato soddisfacente. Riguardo ai commenti purtroppo scegliendo l'anonimato non riesco a capire in quale alloggio ha soggiornato,ad ogni modo, la categoria "Bungalow" non esiste più e i nostri alloggi adesso sono tutti famigliari con dimensioni da 24 metri quadrati in su (senza contare la veranda esterna). Anche per la TV, abbiamo alloggi che ne sono forniti ed altri che ne sono sprovvisti, basta leggere bene le caratteristiche in fase di prenotazione, gli alloggi Botticelli Special ad esempio hanno una Smart TV di 44 pollici con Netflix incluso. Ci fa piacere che abbiate apprezzato la nostra tranquillità e spero che possiate tornare a trovarci sperando (per la prossima volta) di rendere il vostro soggiorno eccezionale come quello della maggior parte dei nostri ospiti. Frequento questo posto da 5 anni e mi trovo benissimo, è un paradiso per i bambini e per noi genitori. Mi permetto solo di dare un consiglio, che non vuole essere una critica vera e propria....in piscina bisognerebbe "sensibilizzare" gli adulti a non comportarsi da bambini, più volte mi è capitato di dover richiamare i miei figli perchè lo scivolo era occupato da persone adulte che si comportavano in modo inopportuno e pericoloso. Il personale dello Staff dovrebbe intervenire in tal senso ma non lo fa. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Gentile Pier andrea, Grazie per la recensione, riguardo al commento sulla piscina, quest'anno abbiamo cambiato oltre 10 bagnini e non abbiamo mai trovato la persona perfetta per questo villaggio. Riuscire ad equilibrare rigore e cordialità è molto difficile, noi ci affidiamo ad una agenzia leader su Roma per il reclutamento, ma nonostante i loro database pieni di personale non sono riusciti a darci l'eccellenza che cerchiamo. Topvakantie gehad!
Heel rustige camping. Leuk om naar Rome te gaan, reken wel op een 3 kwartier/uurtje met de trein voor je er bent. Huisjes in goede staat, voldoende afstand van elkaar, niet voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Ik had er geen auto, die was op zich handig geweest, maar echt gemist heb ik die niet. Desnoods kan je er daar ook één huren. Heel goede service, busje brengt je gratis naar het centrum waar er een uitgebreide winkel is of naar het station voor een bescheiden bijdrage. Animatie aan en rond het zwembad, heel leuk, zwembad zelf meer voor kleintjes, maar mijn 3 kids van 12, 15 en 17 hebben zich daar ook heel goed geamuseerd. Schuimparty, zwembadparty, shows, ... altijd voor iedereen wat wils en savonds is het rustig. Aanrader, met dank aan heel het team aan de receptie, animatie, winkel, schoonmaak, ....

Great place for family vacation with small kids
Great place for kids. lots of activities, and the entertainment team kept everybody busy. The pool area is great! Rooms are equipped and pleasant. Our room had no TV and also Wifi is available only in the public areas (Reception, Pool, Restaurant etc.), for us it was good, and kids were swimming, playing soccer and just with each other - like old times :-)

Solo aĺla pizzeria pccorre prenotare e il servizio é non molto veloce.andare molto x tempo.ha di bello che é davanti al palco quindi si può cenare e assistere allo spettacolo dell'animazione.

Ha capacità ma non si applica
È inaudito che una struttura del genere non abbia un bagnino (nelle piscine regina il caos, ognuno fa ciò che vuole senza regole ne per l'igiene ne per la sicurezza), non abbia una medicheria (infatti in due notti e 3 gg abbiamo assistito a 3 incidenti con la necessità di intervento di ambulanze e addirittura per una signora che è appunto caduta in piscina l intervento dell elicottero del 118). Altro grande problema sono i centri estivi, 40 bambini scalmanati e poco educati ma sopratutto poco seguito dalle animatrici. Peccato il posto potrebbe meritare ma ha davvero enormi problemi di organizzazione. Sia.k andati per 2 soggiorni per dargli una.seconda possibilità ma è stata una.gran delusione.

Area alberata e tranquilla bungalow confortevoli
Bellissimo campeggio immerso in un boschetto. Bungalow climatizzati, comodi e funzionali, con frigo e piccola cucina. All'esterno di ogni bungalow c'è un barbecue, basta portare la bombola. Area tranquilla per passare un piacevole momento nella quiete. Personale cordiale. Consigliato

Gentile Federica, Grazie per averci lasciato una recensione, mi dispiace che non sia rimasta soddisfatta dalla nostra equipe animazione, sicuramente il programma che offriamo è soft con un'attenzione particolare per i bambini, ma è quello che ricerchiamo essendo un villaggio per famiglie. Il cercare ed assumere animatori multilingue per noi è un costo e un limite, anche a me piacerebbe vedere spettacoli in Italiano, ma oltre a me e lei accontenterei circa il 25% degli ospiti, mentre con l'inglese si coinvolge tutti, in media abbiamo più ospiti olandesi che Italiani, quindi se dovessi fare una cosa democratica dovrei addirittura far parlare più olandese e meno italiano allo staff... In questi primi giorni di apertura, magari serviva tenere il rubinetto dell'acqua calda aperto per qualche minuto in più, ma tutti i nostri alloggi devono erogare acqua calda e in caso contrario i nostri ospiti possono contattare la reception H24 e chiedere l'intervento di un tecnico. Mi dispiace che non abbia voluto lasciare un commento e giustificare il suo giudizio, per chiarezza rispetto ai lettori vorrei specificare che il nostro è un villaggio per famiglie con tanti servizi per bambini e la sua prenotazione è stata di una sola notte in una camera singola venduta al prezzo di € 15,60 per notte. Etwas in die Jahre gekommener Campingplatz
Wir waren mit unserer Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 2 und 5) im August 2016 auf diesem Campingplatz in einem Mobilheim untergebracht. Der Platz ist recht groß und bietet u. a. zwei Pools, Spielhalle, Animationsbereich, Shop etc. Leider wurden wir (obwohl die Familienkonstellation bekannt war) in einem Mobilheim untergebracht was ca. 100m über dem Animationsbereich lag. D. h. sehr laute Musik (erst Kinderdisco, danach Events jeden Abend) bis mind. um 23.00 Uhr, teilweise noch länger. Warum man uns als Familie nicht "weiter weg" untergebracht hat, ist mir schleierhaft. Darüber hinaus war unser Mobilheim teilweise schmutzing und in Summe auch ziemlich heruntergekommen (stark verkalkte Wasserhähne etc). Wir haben irgendwann ein "ordentliches" Reinigungsmittel gekauft und richtig sauber gemacht. Siehe da, der Zustand war gleich etwas besser, es wäre also möglich gewesen. Weiterhin war das Personal im Restaurant schlichtweg unfähig. Wir haben nicht nur sehr sehr lange warten müssen (30 Min. auf die Karte, 70 Min. auf die Rechnung etc.), auch die Kellner sind nicht geeignet. Eine hat uns - nachdem wir dann nach 1h+ nach der Rechnung fragten, die Karten am nächsten fast auf den Tisch geworfen, der nächste hat eine Diskussion angefangen, was wir denn bestellt hätten. Frage: Wasser mit oder ohne Kohlensäure, er bringt ohne, wir wollten mit - Argument: wir haben nur das. Warum dann die Frage vorher? Weiterhin die Hälfte bis Dreiviertel der Tische immer vorreserviert und recht teuer.

Beste gast Bedankt voor de recensie, ik wou enkel even een aanmerking maken over onze ligging. Onze camping ligt in wat ik noem ‘de laatste rustige zone voor de chaos van Rome’, de camping ligt afgelegen omdat die twee km van het centrum van Fiano Romano af ligt, maar om naar het centrum te gaan bieden we een gratis transfer aan, 12 uur per dag. Van Fiano Romano met de openbare ‘Cotral’ bus kunt u in 45 minuten in het centrum van Rome zijn vanwaar u de metro kunt nemen. Aangezien Rome een erg grote metropolis is, vol verkeer, zijn 45 minuten echt erg weinig, een erg korte reis om naar het centrum van Rome te kunnen gaan. Vriendelijke groeten

Splendido mini resort a Fiano!
Stupendo mini resort presso il quale io e tre miei amici abbiamo pernottato per una notte. Eravamo a Fiano Romano per la fiera "I love Reptiles" ed abbiamo trovato questo splendido alloggio, dall'incredibile rapporto qualità/prezzo. Si trattava di una casa mobile immersa nel boschetto, dotata di un soggiorno/cucina e due camere, ciascuna col proprio bagno di pertinenza! Il parco consta anche di piscina, bar e tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno... personale cordiale e disponibile! Top!

Relaxed Family Park
Excellent small park. Child friendly pool allowing adults to relax or join in. Deeper pool also available. Superb little restaurant on site, reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful and the entertainment team, which was not part of our reason for visiting, were infectious with their enthusiasm but not intrusive. We booked transfers to and from the airport with the park via email which was easy, and also coach transfers into Rome on two days which worked well. Accommodation was simple, clean and adequate (booked via Expedia) Highly recommended for a relaxed family holiday.

We'll come back soon!
We were in a bungalow for two. It's an essential accommodation with no kitchen but clean and with air conditioning. The village offers an half board with a really good price and the restaurant is quite good. Maybe change more often the menu for the HB will be appreciated from customers. The service and the staff were awesome! It's a village for family and the animation is just for them but anyway we had a great time!

Disappointing
Really uncomfortable,dirty and cold!!full of spiders in our bedrooms ,dirty fridge, cold water, no light bulb in the bedroom and. Dirty cupboard and wardrobes. Not recommended.

The situation shown is completely different from our standard,I hope you has reported everything to us, If the complaints reported were real we would immediately changed the room with my personal apology, but we did not find any indication with a lots of problems like this(never in the season).

a nice family place
I spent time from 03/09 - 11/09 2014 and I could feel that was the end of the season. The place is ideal for families with small children, great swimming pool and entertainment for kids but not much for adults. the chalet was very nice and clean and in the shade. beware lots of mosquitoes The shop at the site was appalling, almost empty, even if it was September and lots of people staying, they weren't bother to restock, not even bread, milk and eggs. Luckily there was a free shuttle bus from the camp to the village and there was very cheap MD shop within 10 minutes walk. On the web page it says every half and hour but it was only few hours in the morning and evening, so I had to plan when to go to the town even just to buy the milk. I think during the season all these services are better. The shuttle bus to Rome was excellent, worth money as using public transport is a nightmare. Don't rely on the time table, the buses arrive whenever it suits the driver. I arrived late, didn't have a clue where to get off, the bus driver was very rude but people on the bus and in the town very friendly and helpful. The place was nice as I wanted to combine being by the pool and a visit to Rome in one week holiday, it was little bit further from Rome that I thought in the first place but in overall I had a very relaxing holiday and enjoyed my stay there. The staff in the camp were so friendly and helpful with everything, they made my stay enjoyable.

Good for kids plenty for them to do.staff v.friendly and good location. .close to rome centre but it wasnt the most clean or comfortable places to stay. .the shop on site was poorly stocked and v. Over priced.the restaurant food was not great and also expensive. ..but overall it was enjoyable and appealing for smaller kids..

Camping confortevole. Gli alloggi sono dotati di bagno con doccia, aria condizionata e frigorifero. Certo non offre il confort di un 4 stelle, in fin dei conti è un camping, ma il prezzo è ottimo e la posizione è buona.

Good place to stay with younger children.
We stayed for 12 days, with two teenage girls, we enjoyed the experience, it wouldn't be a place for teens who wanted to go clubbing as is quite remote. We went on the trips to Pompeii and Rome by night and took the shuttle into Rome twice. We didn't have a car, we found it difficult to get to other places without one, so hired one in the end. It sounded a good deal but there was only a 200 kilometre per day limit which isn't much. The entertainment staff work very hard and the receptionists are very helpful. A friendly place to stay with entertainment provided. The shop on the site was ok. There is a free bus to the local town that runs a few times per day for a bigger shop or a change of scenery.
