”As an express type hotel not much extras available but everything works well. Lobby service always with a smile, rooms cleaned well and no extra noise during the nights either. Ok breakfast with some variety offered. Room TV was small and unfortunately ours had an issue with the LCD panel. Location a bit outside of downtown Perth but that was not an issue for us. If you're looking for a hotel to just spend your nights and have a quick breakfast you can't go wrong.”

”Hotellia voi varmasti suositella varsinkin kesällä majoitusta tarvitseville, koska se sijaitsee siistissä maalaisympäristössä. Hotelli on melko hiljattain todennäköisesti remontoitu ja remonttitöitä tehtiin nytkin talon toisessa päässä. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Paikallinen murre oli kyllä sellaista, että piti usein kysyä toistamiseen, mitä puhuja sanoi. Aamiaisella voi valita useista vaihtoehdoista haluamansa tyyppisen aamiaisen. Myös päivällisruoka oli hyvää. Huoneemme oli tilava...

”Hyvä sijainti, siisti huone ja siistit yleiset tilat sekä hyvä palvelu, eli hintansa arvoinen. Aamupala ei ole yhtä monipuolinen mihin on Suomessa tottunut, mutta ei siinäkään ollut valittamista. Erikoismaininta kännyköiden ym. pienlaitteiden latausmahdollisuuksista, joita oli todella kattavasti suomalaisiin alan yrityksiin verrattuna. ”

”Very quaint hotel - lots of history. Bit like a rabbit warren inside so finding the room itself took patience :-) Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Adam Restaurant is a superb room with high curved ceilings and decorative plasterwork. Signage to the rooms and stairs could be better, and the bathroom was a bit tired but clean and functional. The multi storey car park is ony a 5 minute walk away. Hotle ideally situated near the Perth Museum, the cafe quarter and the shopping area...

”Beautiful hotel, nice and comfortable room. Surroundings are beautiful. There was loud noise coming from kitchen's ventilation or something like that late in the evening and early in the morning. Otherwise room was quiet. Front desk service was really great and welcoming. Service in the restaurant was quite lousy. Our waitress first brought the butter and bread maybe 10-15 minutes later.
