”Made to feel very welcome and hotel kindly arranged a late check-in without fuss. The room was comfy and clean and the breakfast first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a super location on the bridge with views of the river and just a short walk to shops and amenities. Very friendly - will always go back when visiting Thetford area.”

The staff are very welcoming, took us to our room which was clean, spacious and inviting, the room was over looking a canal, which made it feel tranquil when sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking tea, in the robes provided.
The bed was comfy, decent size walk in shower room too.
Had an ibiza themed night when we stayed, so decent music.

”Was very happy with stay but couldn’t get breakfast added as staff wasn’t there to cook it but was lovely otherwise and will stay again only stayed a night but next time want to do a week was disappointed as it says it’s got queen bed when it’s just normal double bed but apart from that was lovely ”
