”Fabulous location in Ithaca for Cornell events. Loved being close but also having the relaxing and quiet area. Great host!!”

”Apartment is located at the heart of the town. Walkable distance to restaurants and shops. Ambience is good and well maintained. Great choice if travelling with Family. Paintings are highlight with mid 1800 furniture. Ladies can have their portraits clicked on the chairs which are elegant. Most importantly the friendliness and warmth with which hosts John and Sven welcomed is admirable. Thank you both. Looking forward for another stay in future.”

”We arrived at 6 pm and the cleaning people were still there. The owner had forgotten our booking until I contacted him at 4 pm for check in instructions. We were not able to get inside before going to a concert. When we got back at 12 am, the cleaner had not locked the door and the other door was left open/ajar, in not the best neighborhood. The place itself was as described. ”

”Better than a hotel room in the city. Host met us in check in and walked us though, then we had the place. Lower level of a beautiful brick home. Only complaint could be that there was no Kleenex or garbage bag in the kitchen, but I think those were just minor oversights of the cleaning team. ”

”My wife and I planned a short trip to do a little hiking and visit a few wineries. There were several wineries within a short drive of town. The Hammondsport Hideaway was conveniently located in town just a short walk to shops and restaurants. It was very clean, cozy place with a comfy king size bed.”

”We enjoyed our stay in Geneva. We were only a few blocks from downtown Main Street with all its cute shops and great restaurants. Plenty of on street parking if you have a car. The property was perfect for 2 of us. The kitchen is nice and stocked with everything you need. The bed was super comfortable. There was even enough room for 2 of us to work remotely and not feel crowded. Adam was a great host. He communicated with us on a timely manner. He also messaged to be sure we we felt at home!”

”Perfect apartment for a quick stay. We only ate breakfast in the unit and it was ideal for that. Great coffee! Nice location and it was easy to get around from there. The owners definitely paid attention to detail and the place was very clean. ”

In addition to the excellent location, the studio was remodeled perfectly and equipped with top of the line amenities... better than any hotel! Our pup enjoyed it as well, and she must have been comfy because she didn't wake us up all three nights we were there... which is rare for her! The only downside was the stairs were rough for her, so we had to carry her up & down (she is a 14 year old beagle & we wanted to be cautious). But I...

”This place is absolutely sweet. The apartment & grounds are beautiful, clean & had everything we could possibly need. It was in a great spot located close to the hiking trails we did, wineries & downtown Ithaca. Our host Vickie was so thoughtful & welcoming, checking to make sure we had everything we needed & then some, evening providing delicious pastries for our first morning.
