”I stayed twice for couple of days at the hotel. Each time I felt welcomed by the very friendly staff. The rooms were cozy and beds very comfortable. ”

”The room was nice, the price was steep and I only paid that amount because at the time of payment the site said it was going to get upgraded, upon arrival the front desk didn’t upgrade the room. They lied and said someone checked out late instead of telling the truth, which was they didn’t want to upgrade me because they sold the room at a higher price. I don’t like to be lied to so I will never use this site or a Westin hotel again.”

”Very dirty rooms. Terrible smells throughout the building. Preadatory cancelation policy which prevents people coming from out of town to cancel without being penalized + paying the fee for the night. Would definitely not recommend unless you want to catch some sort of illness/death.”

”Called front desk to notify them that I would be delayed by a day to check in, but the person who answered the phone said she was away from the desk and couldn’t check on my reservation. When I arrived the next day the front desk person said my reservation was cancelled and that I was charged for the day that I did not stay there. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The facility looked warn down and not updated. ”

”There was a few things wrong like the remote not working for the tv( not a big deal), there was no cold water coming out of the sink in the restroom, the swimming pool was closed and we had roaches in our room. My cousin had her own room and her tv remote wasn’t working either, she was told by the front desk to use her phone to watch tv lol. Definitely not staying there again. ”

”Didn’t stay when I pulled up super late there was a group of men hanging around the entrance, being a female and by myself on this trip I decided to find another hotel. ”

”On Expedia shows a certain caliber of reviews and stars for the quality of the hotel and the service just did not match what was promised. The service in general was very slow. Between the valet service and request requesting things from the front desk I always had to call twice. Additionally, I went to the bar and the bartenders were also very slow and it was not even full. It was only myself and another couple at the bar. I also thought that the hostess of the restaurant was very rude and not...
