”Firstly, the staff was fantastic! Starting with the valet Jessie, the front desk staff, Sarah the bartender and Andrew the maitre d, all were extremely friendly and enthusiastic! The property was beautiful and comfortable and would highly recommend to anyone. Can’t wait to go back!”

”Great place at a good location. Comfortable room, friendly service and great breakfast. Enjoying a complimentary glass of wine during the night was a nice bonus. All in all would definitely stay again. ”

”This is my first time staying at the Zaza location. I’ve stayed in the medical district and at the one in Dallas and I think I’ve even visited the one in Austin for brunch once. This was my first time in Memorial city Zaza. Oh my goodness! I wasn’t told that I was being upgraded and wow what a wonderful surprise! I was given the beach suite and it was so beautiful! Will definitely come back.”
