”I stayed twice for couple of days at the hotel. Each time I felt welcomed by the very friendly staff. The rooms were cozy and beds very comfortable. ”

”At the price point we were surprised to find no bottles of water in the room - - - although there was a filtered water dispenser on the drinking fountain. As a Marriott Bonvoy member we weren’t offered any water at the front desk or any other upgrades. The rooms are excellent and appear to be recently remodeled. Staff all friendly and helpful. The food selection for breakfast is pretty sad - even by free Hotel breakfast standards. No hard boiled eggs at all - - - for example.”

”My wife and I stayed at the Post Oak for our anniversary, it was the best of the best. Staff took excellent care of us from before we got there until we left. All amenities were top notch. You had everything you needed at the Post Oak, from coffee shops tonfine dining and everything in between.”

”Room was cleaned it smelled real intense with cleaning supplies. Did not had a chair for the desk and too pricy fir the comodities.”

”When we let the staff know that when we called for extra towels, Kleenex, etc due to the bathroom not being serviced, that evening they left a thoughtful note and had cookies and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us. We appreciated them making things right.”

”Cloth exchange and cleaning times could be available so we know when to step away to give time to tidy the rooms.”

”The property was amazing. Breakfast was hot and many choices. The only complaint I have is not being told the water was going to be shut off for 9 hours. We had to head home early because of this and we were not refunded.”
