”I stayed twice for couple of days at the hotel. Each time I felt welcomed by the very friendly staff. The rooms were cozy and beds very comfortable. ”

”The rooms, bathrooms and lobby were very clean. The beds were thick-comfort and so very nice. The a/c worked perfectly. No noise issues at all. The breakfast had biscuits, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes and breads. Nice hot cinnamon rolls. ”

For starters, this was my 1st stay at this chain and it was chosen based on reviews and proximity to the event venue we were attending. The Customer Service was top tier! From the young lady who checked us in to the staff that kept the breakfast and dinner buffet staffed and the housekeeping staff. The rooms could use a little remodeling however they were very nice and spacious. The pool of course was the highlight of the trip because my daughter stayed there. ”This hotel is thoughtfully situated in the Montrose District, near many great eateries and museums. I personally loved the design of the property and interior design of the rooms, overall it was very artful and bespoke. The room was clean and the restaurant was inviting. Staff in the lobby, housekeeping, and restaurant were all super friendly. Great and memorable stay.”
