”This is the second time in a week that I have stayed at the Drury Inn and also booked a room for other family members. The hotel is clean, comfortable beds, safe and very quiet and the entire hotel was booked. The manager special offers a variety of options and the full breakfast does as well. Nice place to stay and easy to get on and off I- 610. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!”

”No technology in the room. Went to plug in my charger at the wall. Got dust on the knees of my black pants. Carpet was dirty.
Bedside lamps cannot be reached from bed, so you have to get up to turn off after reading in bed.
Tried to see if I could stream a movie on TV. No Streaming Services to be had.
Gym was okay. Valet parks your car outside in the heat. Breakfast is expensive.”

”The hotel is quite nice and conveniently located. Parking is complimentary.
However, I had a very disappointing check-in experience because:
• I had received a confirmation number from the hotel.
• The hotel rejected the credit card I had used to make the reservation without informing me in advance.
• I provided four additional credit cards, but none of them was accepted.
• Cash payment was not accepted either.
In the end, the only solution was to make a new reservation through Expedia using the...
