"It was a fine hotel, but for what we paid, it was disappointing. Room was clean, but very tight. Bed was a bit wobbly. No complaints, but I probably would stay here again because there’s definitely better options available in Grand Forks for the same prices"

"We have stayed here multiple times and appreciate how clean and comfortable the property is. Kitchen is well stocked as far as pans and cooking utensils go if you want to cook. Appreciate being able to visit family in grand forks and bring our dog. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This was indeed a cozy condo and we really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family. The condo was well equipped and decorated. It was exactly what we expected and good value. And there was coffee in the pantry to supplement the small amount I brought."
