The room was not located in the main resort as expected. The room was dark and had a light that was out. The hair dryer didn't work. Attempting to get the problems resolved took hours. We were able to get help only after shift change

Great stay and place! Easy check in and great communication. Plenty amenities and nicely stocked! Comfortable and clean. Beautiful views and nice dock/pier/bank to fish from....and the dogs even loved getting in the water!
