”I booked West coast private but due to a mix up ended up at the sister property South coast private. I was pleased with the apartment overall. It was comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.There were lots of towels, beach chairs and good kitchen utensils. The property has a side view of beautiful Maxwell beach but it is very close to the street so at night you hear the ocean but also some street noise. I recommend including ice trays and adding a vanity for cosmetics. Linens...

”This place was nasty. Full of mosquitoes (the owner didn’t spray and expected us to use a can only a quarter full to take care of it). I heard a mouse in the kitchen. It’s dated and is absolutely tiny and the pictures are clearly altered. We didn’t stay one night- ended up leaving and getting a hotel. Do not stay here under any circumstances if you want a relaxing vacation. The owner is a slum lord and is clearly not taking proper care of the property. ”

”We were stranded on the island by the air traffic controller strike. I appreciate the staff opening their door for us to stay at a much higher rate. The place is hard to get to, far from being clean, no amenities like mini fridge, hair blower, safe and etc. ”

”We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us.
We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not.
The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper.
The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...
