We liked the staff, our room and the all around hospitality and ease of use. We didn’t like the construction noises, but that’s something that the hotel can’t really have much of a saying.

Siisti ja turvallisen oloinen hotelli. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa. Ainoa miinus oli kova sänky ja aamuisin/aamupäivisin kuuluva melu.

Hôtel magnifique, idéalement situé et très belle et grande chambre ! La vue était sur un mur, les servies en chambre limite (pas de café en chambre… des bouteilles d’eau seulement les 2 premiers jours). Enfin, durant la 1ere nuit nous n’avons pas pu dormir à cause de bruits continus et forts dans la chambre du dessus. Cela a été signalé à la réception dans la nuit, puis c et la a recommencé r tre 6h et 8h du matin). Quand nous avons t’explique notre mécontentement à la réception dans la matinée, on nous a juste expliqué que l’on avait pas de preuve de ce que l’on avançait…alors que le réceptionniste avait lui même durant la nuit tu intervenir dans la chambre du dessus…)

Very nice, cool, and modern hotel. Rooms are clean and nice with good air conditioning albeit a little small. Location is perfect; between The Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. 50 restaurants within a 4 block radius. Patrizio was awesome at the front desk. Helpful, friendly and professional.

Amazing roof top bar but slow service. Great breakfast. Very noisy main road - suggest requesting rooms to rear of the property otherwise you wont get a good nights sleep. Superb room although no bath, just shower. Fantastic position for all the sights. 5 minutes to Duomo and 5 minutes to Uffizi. Vert helpful reception and concierge desks and staff.

There was no air conditioning. While one might think you don’t need it, the outdoors is so unbelievably noisy that you can’t keep the windows open. No sleep for 3 nights between the outdoor noise and temperature of the room. Otherwise it was clean and breakfast was adequate.

Dear Mrs. McCarthy,We really thank you for taking the time to express your opinion and we are happy that you appreciated some of the services, such as breakfast and cleanliness.As for the noise that can be heard by leaving the windows open, this is unavoidable when a Hotel is in such a central and strategic location. For this reason, all the windows have been replaced and no noise can be heard with the windows closed.Normally the period from the first days of April to mid-May is when there are the unforeseeable temperature changes and we often find ourselves having to decide to turn the heating back on from one hour to another.The temperature in Florence during the days of your stay was quite low and in our opinion, it was not necessary to turn on the air conditioning. Me encantó hospedarme en este hotel, todo los atractivos están cerca, la habitación estaba hermosa, amplia y con algunos detalles incluidos como batas para baño y pantuflas, volvería a quedarme ahí por supuesto, lo recomiendo bastante.

It was a very central location for exploring Florence highlights. Very walkable! We stayed in early April and essentially had no control over the temperature in the room. It was SO HOT inside the room however when we opened the windows it made the street noise extremely loud in our room. It was very loud even with the windows closed. Due to the central location there was a lot of noise even very late into the night. The room was also quite small. It was reasonable for a quick two nights in the city, however I probably would not stay again.

Beautiful and grand! One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Amazing breakfast buffet and super helpful staff. So many options for my gluten free and lactose sensitivities! Tourist sites were steps away: Duomo, Pitti palace, Citovecchia bridge and many restaurants and shops.

Tourist attractions within walking distance. Driving in this area is challenging and very limited parking. Hotel uses an off-site parking garage. They pick up and return at but must give 1 hour notice.

I love this property, the location is perfection. My only complaint is that the rooms are SO HOT. I like a cold room to sleep in, and with mosquitoes, opening the windows was not an option. No A/C that I could find. Ugh

Chambre bruyante par circulation automobile à notre arrivée. Nous avons été relocalisés dans une chambre confortable et paisible par le personnel qui s'est montré sensible à notre confort et qui nous a prodigué de bons conseils sur les restaurants alentour. La localisation de cet hôtel est idéale pour une visite piétonnière des principaux attraits de cette ville.
