”Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. ”

”The room was in good condition, but things were old, but it was clean and it was comfortable. Had a nice fireplace. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was OK. Dinner was all right. Breakfast was fine however, the hotel is located in a very remote area and to get there, we had to travel on a very steep narrow curvy road that took us a very long time and then as we made the turn to get to the hotel, the road was unpaved and filled with potholes and really craters, and the 4 miles...

”Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well. ”

Par contre, la nourriture est beaucoup trop chère pour la qualité proposée qui n’est pas, à mon avis, à la hauteur d’un deux clés Michelin… en commençant par le café. Décevant pour un pays qui produit du café si merveilleux! L’hôtel aurait tout avantage à former ses employés à la méthode des baristas et offrir de vrais cafés de spécialités. Et payer des soupes du jour très ordinaires, à 15$ USD du bol, c’est...
