”Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well. ”

”The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Any time we walked by the lobby there was someone to greet us and offer help with anything that we may need. We loved the adult-only aspect and the resort always felt peaceful and relaxing. The hot springs were perfect after walking around town or doing other excursions and it was nice to have our own private hotsprings away from all the rest of the tourists.
